David Sousa in an interview with “ECO”
One year after the launch of the new brand, ECO, one of the main economic media in Portugal, interviewed David Sousa to evaluate the company’s evolution and analyse its sector of activity.
The Director of SEMPER highlighted that ” the activity continues to progress in line with the expected and the defined strategic plan, despite being affected by the market contingencies. We estimate an evolution in line with 2021, but increasing the customer base and policies”.
Despite this uncertain environment, David Sousa emphasised the growth across all business lines, through an active response to the most critical gaps in the market, “although naturally, due to its significance, the logistics sector has a key role to play in the final evolution. However, there was a more relevant increase in other business areas that have greater growth margin, such as the agricultural sector. The events area also suffered from the effects of the pandemic, only recovering this year according to expectations”.
